It requires before all that you have a Neumann MT 48 or Merging Anubis that supports Dante.
Make sure that you have the proper hardware revisions that supports Dante.

What is the Maximum Dante IO that I can run with MT 48?

This will greatly depend on how you are using the units. If using the Dante Virtual Soundcards the latencies can be greater. But if using the devices on a set up (e.g. Live) where they are all interconnected you will be able to reach similar latency and even possibly lower.

What are the difference of running AES 67 on the Dante firmware vs. Running AES67 on the RAVENNA firmware?

No, please make sure you run the RAVENNA/AES67 firmware on your Merging interface to use those
