In Windows, when you open your NADAC (or ASIO) panel, you have a message "Network Throttling Optimization has been updated".

This can happen after updating Windows 10 to a new Windows 10 Anniversary Update (aka 1607)version.
Simply reboot your computer as requested by the application, the optimized Network Throttling settings for NADAC have been applied automatically.
