Go under Windows Control Panel > System > Advanced System settings.
Select the Advanced button Settings under Performance.
Enable desktop composition and enable « Animate controls and elements inside Windows ».
Relaunch Pyramix.
> The AAF import includes a new option “Use UTF-8 conversion to import Links/Locators Path Names”.
This allows converting the referenced path names (called Locators in AAF/OMF) using UTF-8 coding.
This was the default previously and works in most cases, but we leave the option for some imports that could be problematic with or without.
> Interchange: DAR is no longer supported since Pyramix v9.

Do not use Final Check with more than one core. Add an effect (any effect will do, but you may prefer to pick one that doesn’t modify the sound: phase oscillo, surround monitor…) on the bus that Final Check doesn’t want to monitor. |
