MERGING+PLAYER Updating Roon.

The Roon OS software should be updated on a regular basis, to take advantage of improvements and new features.

  • In order for the update to be performed make sure that the MERGING+PLAYER has an Internet connection.
  • Open the Roon Remote and go to the Settings>”About” page (top right corner of the Settings window).
  • A message will be displayed in the "This PC" and / or "Core" section if updates are available.
  • Press the Update button.
  • Once this update is done, relaunch Roon Remote and return to the Settings>”About” page and again press the Update button if required.
  • After Roon relaunches the RoonOS will then update to the latest version available
