Waves Central 1.3.2.4 white screen

Problem :

When starting Waves central 1.3.2.4 (release June 2017), its windows goes white, and you can't access to your Waves licenses or downloads.

This happens when you use a dedicated graphic card (for example ATI FirePro W4100).

Solution :

To temporary fix this problem, you need to disable the graphic card, switching to the Windows default display driver.
This is a temporary workaround until Waves fixes this issue.

Close Pyramix / Ovation.
Go in Windows Device Manager and right click on your graphic card.
Select Disable.
Your display will be turned off for you a few seconds, then will come back, but with a lower resolution and quality.
Now you can start Waves Central, to download and authorize your Waves plugins.

Once finished, close Waves Central.
Go back in Windows Device Manager and right click on your graphic card.
This time select Enable.
Your display will be turned off for you a few seconds, then will come back, you should get back your screen resolution.
If not set it manually.
You can now restart Pyramix / Ovation and use your Waves plugins.
