Ovation keyboard not working after computer shutdown

When running on Windows 10, the Ovation keyboard is not working / not recognized after a shutdown of Windows.

This issue is triggered by Windows 10 Fast Startup feature, that is not supported by the keyboard: it has to be disabled.
Fast Startup indeed puts the computer to sleep when you select shut down.  

  1. Go in Windows Control Panel > Power options.
  2. Click on "Choose what the power buttons do” on the left hand side of Power options page.
  3. Then click on "Change Settings that are currently unavailable" and uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" option.  Click on Save Changes. 
    Note also that hibernate / sleep is not supported by MassCore engine.
