Installing and searching for Windows updates is too slow

If Windows update appears to be very slow to find and download the latest updates.

  1. Manualy download this update :
    KB3102810
    (Installing and searching for updates is slow and high CPU usage occurs in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2)

  2. Then relaunch the windows update who will be considerably quicker.

 

Another Windows update may solve the same issue with Windows update : 

Manualy download this update and install it :
KB3172605 

Then reboot the computer.
