Small glitch -99 dB to muted

Problem

You can hear a small glitch (tick) on the DA outputs when going from -99 dB to Muted 

Solution

This happens because the XLR (balanced) output was connected to an unbalanced input (to an headphone for example).

The user should use the RCA (unbalanced) output to avoid this.
