Merging Software License Activation
To activate your software with your license/keys, follow these steps:
For Pyramix/Ovation
Sennheiser Cloud licenses (Zentitle)
Format: Numbers only, example: 533312345678987654
To activate the software you need to get hold of the activation license you purchased. The Activation Key is sent in a pdf to your email address following the purchase, or available through your reseller.
Please follow these steps to activate your key in the Merging License Manager:
Merging Cloud licenses (Soraco)
Format: Numbers and letters, with or without dashes, example: ABCD0R0Z00ABCDEF8GH7654ABC or ABCD0-R0Z00-ABCDE-F8GH7-654AB-C
To activate the software you need to get hold of the activation license. You can either get it from your reseller, get it in your my.merging.com account [See how to register], or get it from your email inbox if you have received the license email directly.
Please follow these steps to activate your key:
Open the Merging Technologies Security control panel (Start Menu > Merging Technologies > MT Security Settings)
Go to the Cloud Licensing tab
Select ‘Pyramix/Ovation/VCube’ in the Products drop down menu
Click the License Wizard button
Click on Activate your license
Enter your activation key that you obtained in step 1)

Merging USB dongles (Safenet) - Legacy
Since Pyramix 16 / Ovation 12. Safenet dongles are no longer supported.
Format: activation codes are in a .mtk file
To activate the software you need to get hold of the activation license (.mtk file). You can either get it from your reseller, get it in your my.merging.com account [See how to register], or get it from your email inbox if you have received the license email directly.
Please choose one of the following methods to enter your key(s):
Simply double-click on the .mtk file you obtained, and follow the instructions
Open the MT Security Settings (Start > Merging Technologies > MT Security Settings) control panel and load the .mtk file with the 'Import Key' button
Note: if the Validity column does not show ‘Permanent’ next to some options after import, please double check that the license/keys you are entering correspond to the version installed on the system.
For Anubis based missions and/or plugins
Sennheiser Cloud licenses (Zentitle)
Format: Numbers only, example: 533312345678987654

To activate Anubis missions or plugins you need to get hold of the activation license. You can either get it from your reseller, get it in your my.merging.com account [See how to register], or get it from your email inbox if you have received the license email directly.
Please follow these steps to activate your key:
Connect your Anubis to your system
Make sure you have an active internet connection
Make sure you have installed the latest firmware available here: https://www.merging.com/support/downloads#current-anubis-downloads
Open one of Merging’s applications: MAD, VAD, ANEMAN or MTDiscovery
Right click on the discovered Anubis icon and select "Launch License Manager"
In the Merging License Manager locate the product feature you wish to activate
Enter the key in the activation field and press Activate
Note: A given activation key code can only be activated on one Anubis at a time. You can release the license to activate it on another Anubis device at any time
