Start the Merging License Manager Application, through Windows Start Menu > Merging Technologies.
Alternatively, you can also use Windows search by entering Merging License Manager.Enter the key code you have received for the required product, Pyramix, Ovation and/or MassCore.
It should look as such XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX (can be with or without the dashes)
Enter this code in the activation field and press the Activate entry line.
This will activate the Product Feature and make it available on that specific computer.
A License is valid message will be displayed.
Note: A given activation key code can only be activated on one computer at the time.
You can Release a License to activate this one onto another computer device at any time

Yes, for now, an internet connection is mandatory to activate or deactivate a license.
The device hosting the licenses is no longer working, how can I use the licenses on another device ?

What to do in case of lost or stolen device ?
If your device is lost or stolen then please make a claim on your insurance in the usual way just as you would for any other item you own. Merging will be happy to confirm the details and value of the software license(s) to your insurance company. Please contact Support@merging.com.
How frequently should the computer, which hosts the licenses, be connected to the internet, for the licenses to remain active ?
1 time per year (365 days)
Is it possible to transfer keys hosted on a Safenet USB key (or the previous Cloud Licensing) to the new Merging License Manager ?
The Merging License Manager can only host Pyramix 15/Ovation 11 (or above) licenses, not previous versions.
Please contact Support@merging.con with your Safenet USB key serial number or Cloud Licensing key, as some options cannot be transferred yet.
