- Pyramix hang / freeze
If Pyramix hangs at that stage, it is probable because your Windows is set to Classic mode (since Pyramix 11, Windows 7 only).

- If Pyramix hangs or crash at that state, the default mixer might be corrupted.
Use another Windows user account to start Pyramix (you need to first configure VS3 Control Panel before starting, the configuration is unique for each user).
Go in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Merging Technologies\VS3 and right click on VS3.dll and VS3UI.dll, and then access the properties.
In the Details tab, the file version must match the Pyramix version you have installed, for example 11.0.4.3513 if you have installed V11.0.
If the versions are not matching, follow the Cleanup procedure and reinstall.
