On the front panel of your MERGING+PLAYER, you can identify its status :

• 
  The MERGING+PLAYER’s CPU and the Roon Core are running normally, then the logo is a steady white play logo.
  
  
• 
  Indicates that MERGING+PLAYER’s CPU and the Roon Core are running normally but with a track currently on Pause.
   

• 
  This indicates the embedded CPU didn't start as expected.
  It can be an indication that it’s either dead or couldn’t boot because of a USB disk or stick plugged in the USB ports on the back that has a boot bit enabled but no OS to boot on.

  If the CPU runs properly but the RoonCore program doesn’t run then the logo turns into a steady red play logo.
  This indicates that the Roon Core or Roon Server either crashed or didn’t start properly.
  It can briefly turn to this logo for a few seconds when Roon Core is updating for example.
