Mykerinos Cards - Legacy

Since the Release of version 8.0, new Pyramix systems are only available in either Native or MassCore versions.
Mykerinos cards are only compatible with 32 bits OS, and therefore the last versions that can use Mykerinos are Pyramix 9.1, Ovation 5.1 abnd VCube 5.1 

In Pyramix 10 Mykerinos is no longer supported because the release is 64 bit only and Mykerinos drivers are 32 bit.
