  1. Plug a network cable to the router and to your pc.
  2. Make sure your computer haves a IP configuration in the 192.168.1.x network address pool.

    After the login it will prompt you to to change that to whatever you want.

    After setting this up, it will probably ask you for a reboot (if it does not, reboot it manually)
