VS3 Extra low and Ultra Low latencies

The VS3 Control Panel Ultra/Extra low latency modes are supported in RAVENNA with our System Certified Configurations. 
Merging cannot guarantee performance nor will support those latency modes on un-certified RAVENNA configurations.

Those latency modes are very demanding and might require limitation on the number of RAVENNA modules connected.

It is also known to perform better in lower screen resolutions.
