Make sure that your QoS settings are as show on the next 3 screenshots.
They should by default allready already be configured as shown but if case it differs in your switch
.
If not set them up as show in the pictures.
- Check "Basic QoS Mode"
- Make sure the DSCP to Queue is as shown (should be by default)
- Make sure the Global Settings in Trust Mode you have it as shown.
