  • Start the NADAC panel :
On your Mac, access the System Preferences by clicking on the Apple icon  on the top left corner, and in Other open the MERGING+NADAC icon.
On your Windows, depending on the driver installed, open Windows Start Menu - All Programs > Merging Technologies > Merging Ravenna ASIO Driver > NADAC Panel (Win7 / Win10)
or Windows Start Menu - All Programs > Merging Technologies > Merging Audio Device Panel (Win10)

You should see the MERGING+NADAC in the RAVENNA Devices part:

  • Double click on the MERGING+NADAC icon, your default web browser (Merging recommends Google Chrome) should open up on the MERGING+NADAC page.
If your browser shows a DNS error, that means  that you have another network device that uses the same range of IP address.
Remove any other network device for this test and consult this page to determine if you need to change your IP addresses.
  • If you still can't get any audio connection between MERGING+NADAC and your computer, you may need to disable the firewall for the MERGING+NADAC connection.
MERGING+NADAC drivers have been designed to work with the Windows or MacOS built-in firewalls.
However, some antivirus may take control of the built-in firewalls, or use their own.
To disable the built-in firewall :
