Horus/Hapi blocked as a RAVENNA Slave in the I/O & Sync Tab

Problem

Horus/Hapi appears to be blocked as a RAVENNA Slave in the I/O & Sync Tab, although not connected to an other Ravenna Devices.

Solution

  1. Please see in the devices Advanced pages if the PTP Master configuration is set to "Manual".
    See PTP Section on this page.
  2. Be aware that 'Dante Via' application do not need to be installed on the same systems as the ones connected to your Ravenna network, and to your Horus/Hapi.
