Activate a license

To activate a license offline :

  1. Enter your Activation key
  2. Select the corresponding product from the drop down list.

  3. Enter the target Computer ID.

     How to get the Computer ID

    On the target computer

    • Open the MT Security panel (in Windows Start menu > Merging Technologies )
    • Go in the QLM Tab, then click on the License Wizard button
    • Click on Activate your license, then Activate Offline.
    • The unique Computer ID is automatically generated.

    If a license is already active on the target computer, you can also use the Get License Information (see below)

  4. Press on Activate
    Please note the generated Computer key, it will be required to activate the license on the target computer.
  5. To be able to activate the license on the target computer, you will also need a license.xml file.
    Please tick the Generate a license file checkbox, and click on Activate again to download it.


Deactivate a license

To deactivate a license offline :

  • Enter your Activation key
  • Enter the Verification Code, provided when the license is deactivated on the target computer.

  • Enter the Computer ID of the target computer.

     How to get the Verification Code and Computer ID

    On the target computer

    • Open the MT Security panel (in Windows Start menu > Merging Technologies )
    • Go in the QLM Tab, then click on the License Wizard button
    • Click on Deactivate your license.
      The Activation key field is automatically filled with your Activation key, depending on the Product your have selected.
    • Click on the Deactivate license key button.
    • The license wizard will then ask you if you want to scan a QR Code, answer No.
      The License Wizard will then give you the Verification Code, and the Computer ID required to deactivate offline.



Get license information

Enter an activation key to get its licensing status.
If the license is activated, the Computer ID and name will be displayed.


Email License keys

Enter your email address to receive your Activation keys list.
This email address is the one registered to your mymerging.com account.
